• Nvidia RTX accelerate
  The delaid RTX hardware acceleration brings 2-5 times the rendering speed of the GPU through multi-GPU to NVIDIA light tracking GPU.
• Multi -layer material
  The new multi -layer material system allows you to build a complex material composed of the grassroots, which can insert up to the top of the grassroots at most. New nodes include: layered materials, man -reflectives, mirror reflex layers, luster layers, metal layers and layer group nodes.
• Spectrum randomly travel SSS and hair materials
  The new random walking medium allows you to create super -realistic skin and other absorption/scattering materials in Octane. With the new spectral material of SSS and Octane, you can easily create realistic digital characters.
• Veyin ™
  The Vectron ™ software module uses vector polygon geometry to provide unlimited programs generated scenes, volume and geometry, bypass the grid and volume. Using Vectron, you can completely create a scenario generated on the GPU without using GPU VRAM, and the memory occupied is zero.
• Specketon ™ ™
  The Spectron ™ software module uses a programmatic volume light to allow you to create a program -driven volume lighting -such as a spotlight -blocking device, barn door, gel, etc.
• OSL and programming vertex displacement
  Now, you can displacement (height or vector displacement) before rendering (height or vector displacement). This is a powerful displacement system, which is not subject to the same limit as the old displacement system (now called texture displacement). Octane also allows you to use a new replacement mixture node hybrid/layer vector/height displacement chart.
• OSL color device for volume texture
  Until recently, you can only use static colors for volume absorption, scattering and launch. Now you can use any texture for volume.

Installation Notes

Copy the Octane’s folder “OctaneReder” to the C4D plug -in directory and restart the C4D.
